Bass Synagogue Furniture is located in picturesque Moshav Mata, a small community surrounded by the beautiful Judean Hills, between Jerusalem and Bet Shemesh in the heart of Israel. Our 400 square meter state of the art wood, glass, and metal studio is open to the public. Come visit the studio on your next trip to Israel. Contact us to make an appointment or for directions.

Driving Directions

The Jewish Artist Center is located conveniently at Moshav Mata between Jerusalem and Bet Shemesh (See map below).

  • Once arriving at the moshav, there are posted signs to our studio if you look carefully.
  • Continue straight down the main road.
  • After about 800 meters, turn left at the dirt road after HaOren (do not turn on HaOren).
  • Continue straight on this road, and after about 400 meters, you will see our studio, a large white building on the right.

Public Transport

Check Fastest route for you with Google Maps.   Line 184 or 194 from Central Bus Station area, Jerusalem (check exact location and arrive early to find pick up location)

Line 182 from Bet Shemesh or cab from the Train Station.
